From 2008 to 2014 he was Vice President of Energa - Operator S.A. and then the Managing Director of Energa S.A.
 
 He is a graduate of the University of Gdansk with a degree in Economics. He completed the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) at IESE Business School of the University of Navarra and the Certificate of Management Excellence of Harvard Business School in the USA.

From 2012-2017 , he was Vice President of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of Emitel. Previously associated with UPC Poland as a Member of the Board and CFO and CEDC of the company, where he was also responsible for financial issues as a Vice President. He also gained professional experience in managerial positions at Coca-Cola and Ernst-Young (E-Y).
 
 He is a graduate of MBA studies in finance from the University of Texas. Prior to that, he completed an accounting degree at Leigh University.

Effective manager, specialised in complex, strategic projects, strengthening the position of enterprises in the main business market segments. His business domains also include: electromobility, technology development and marketing of B2B solutions.
 
 He is responsible for the following areas at PKP Energetyka: traction energy and fuel sales, traction network maintenance and construction services and R&D activities. He is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Elester PKP and Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the Programme Board of the Centre for Railway Energy Efficiency - CEEK. In 2002-2016, he held the following positions in the Orange Group - Director of Sales to Key and Corporate Customers and President of Integrated Solutions. Under his leadership, Integrated Solutions grew within five years and went from a start-up to a leading player on the IT market. In 2009-2012, as Project Director of Orange UEFA Euro 2012, he was responsible for the technological side in Poland and for activating marketing rights in 11 European countries.

 At PKP Energetyka he is responsible, among others, for the continuation of the mega-project Modernisation of Power Systems of the Railway Overhead Contact Line (MUZa), the introduction of innovative solutions in the distribution area, including the development of the Intelligent Integrated Power Distribution Management System for Railways. Until 2018, he was Director of the Services Division at PKP Energetyka and was mainly responsible for the overhead line maintenance area.
 
 Previously, he served, as vice president of Tauron Dystrybucja and member of the management board of Vattenfall. He is a graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Automation and holds an MBA from the University of Business Lancashire.
