2. PKP Energetyka S.A has appointed a data protection officer, who can be contacted in all matters related to the processing of personal data via e-mail: iodo@pkpenergetyka.pl.
3. Data will be processed for contact purposes for the preparation of a response to the submitted application.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of PKP Energetyka S.A. referred to in Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GPDR), consisting in ensuring the response to incoming requests and investigation or repulsion of potential claims arising from the inquiry sent via the contact form.
5. Data will be stored for 1 year from the time of response to the submitted application.
6. Data may be transferred to companies of PKP Energetyka S.A. Group in connection with the preparation of the response to the submitted application. Data may be given to entities processing personal data on behalf of PKP Energetyka S.A., including entities operating IT systems, keeping external archives of documentation - however, such entities process data on the basis of an agreement with PKP Energetyka S.A. and only in accordance with its instructions.
